Bay Valley Medical Group offers appointments to our patients with a goal of making things as convenient as possible. We do prefer that appointments be scheduled in advance. To do this, phone the office location of the physician you prefer and a patient services representative will assist you.
Appointments are scheduled during weekday office hours. If an urgent medical need arises after hours, Bay Valley Medical Group has an on-call physician 24 hours/day, seven days a week. The on-call physician may be reached by phoning 510-785-5000.
