Bay Valley Medical Group has several hundred primary care and specialist physicians in its affiliate physician network.  These doctors are in their own private office and are contracted with our organization to provide care to our patients.  Individuals with HMO insurance may select a primary care physician and all patients (HMO, PPO, Medicare, other insurance) may be referred to one or more of these physicians depending on the type of care that is required.
