Bay Valley Medical Group offers four clinic sites in Castro Valley, Danville, Hayward and Pleasanton where the doctors and staff are all employed by our organization.  In addition, we contract with over 350 private-practice doctors (our affiliate physicians), representing a wide array of medical specialties. Whether you select a physician working under our roof in one of our clinic sites, or an affiliate physician, we are available to provide you with outstanding care and service.

Bay Valley Medical Group has several hundred primary care and specialist physicians in its affiliate physician network.  These doctors are in their own private office and are contracted with our organization to provide care to our patients.  Individuals with HMO insurance may select a primary care physician and all patients (HMO, PPO, Medicare, other insurance) may be referred to one or more of these physicians depending on the type of care that is required.  Physicians are available in the following cities:
