Mission Statement

Bay Valley Medical Group has a mission statement because we feel that it is important to articulate the reasons for our existence and to clearly state the philosophy under which we operate. Our mission statement is the foundation upon which all of our programs and services are built. It serves as an inspiration to all who work at Bay Valley Medical Group and reminds us of our ultimate purpose as a medical group and as an employer.

Bay Valley Medical Group provides compassionate care and service to our patients through partnership with physicians, hospitals and health plans. We seek to provide our employees with a secure and challenging environment which recognizes their contributions.
