Bay Valley Medical Group offers choice. We have 102 primary care physicians and over 300 specialists located in twelve cities throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Our physicians work in one of two models--the integrated medical group (multiple physicians working under one roof and employed by Bay Valley) or the IPA (independent physicians in private offices and contracted with Bay Valley). We would be happy to help you choose a

concerns and help you select a primary care or specialist physician who best
