We have a variety of employment opportunities for physicians, nurses, medical assistants, lab and radiology personnel, and many other administrative and support staff. We are comprised of Bay Valley Medical Group, Inc. who employs all of the clinical staff in our physician offices and Bay Valley Management, Inc., the management services organization that provides all administrative support services. There are positions in reception, billing, medical records, managed care, human resources, finance and accounting, management information systems, building maintenance, patient and provider relations, satellite office operations, and general management.

Who and Where is Bay Valley Medical Group?

Bay Valley Medical Group was founded in 1954 by five physicians. We have provided primary and specialty care to our communities in the East Bay, 30 miles southeast of San Francisco, for more than 45 years. As the oldest multispecialty group practice in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, we are also the only one that has been continuously independent, physician owned and governed.

Our two companies, Bay Valley Medical Group, Inc. and Bay Valley Management, Inc., support two models of medical care. We have our integrated, multispecialty medical group with offices in Hayward, Castro Valley, Danville and Pleasanton. These offices provide a variety of services under one roof with a combined medical staff that represents 30 physicians and 14 specialty areas.

In addition, we have an independent physician association (IPA) with over 300 physicians practicing in Castro Valley, Danville, Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, San Ramon, and Union City. The IPA is supported by the dedicated team of Bay Valley Management, Inc. which is based in our main office in Hayward, California.
