Melinda L. Ragins, M.D., M.P.H.

Pediatrics

Dr. Ragins practices pediatrics in Bay Valley Medical Group’s Castro Valley office.

She attended medical school at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois and completed her residency at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She received her master’s of public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Ragins is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is bilingual in Spanish.

In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading fiction novels, staying healthy through daily exercise. Most of her free times is spent playing with her two children.
