Carol E. Johnson

Director of Operations

Carol Johnson joined Bay Valley Medical Group in 1985. She serves as director of operations with responsibilities for managed care, patient services, customer service, and is part of a management team responsible for the success of all four office locations. Ms. Johnson is a seasoned health care professional; her years as director of managed care and her involvement with many health maintenance organizations has given her the education and training to help guide the organization and its community physicians through many changes in the health care industry.

In addition, she volunteers at a senior center, sharing her knowledge with seniors and helping them travel through the maze of healthcare in the 21st century.

Before joining Bay Valley Medical Group in 1985, Carol worked for a local research company.
