Director of Clinical Services

Natalie Dufek Brooksher, RN serves as director of clinical services for Bay Valley Medical Group. She is responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies, particularly as they relate to nursing and other patient care and physician practice support activities. She also oversees clinical services (nursing and medical assisting personnel) as well as patient services (reception). Ms. Dufek Brooksher is directly involved in the daily management of physician practices as well as with maintaining accreditation and compliance with other regulatory, clinical standards. She serves on the quality improvement, peer review and utilization management committees and is instrumental in insuring that Bay Valley Medical Group provides outstanding, quality care to its patients.

Ms. Dufek Brooksher joined the company in 1996 and formerly held the positions of manager, clinical services coordinator, station lead and staff nurse. Prior to Bay Valley Medical Group, she worked as a registered nurse at Anaheim Memorial Hospital (AMH) in the critical care center, chaired the AMH Quality Improvement Committee and served as a nurse case manager, representing several health plans.

Ms. Dufek Brooksher received her registered nurse degree at the Cypress College, School of Nursing in Southern California.
