Dr. Boucher practices cardiology in Bay Valley Medical Group’s Hayward office.

He attended Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed his residency at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Boucher is board-certified by the American Board of Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He is multilingual in Dutch, Spanish and French.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing ice hockey and traveling.
